- Non-returnable or Non-exchangeable Products:
- Opened or used products.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Gifts or special offers.
- Shipping Costs:
- In cases of return or exchange due to product defects or errors on our part, we will cover the shipping costs. However, if you wish to return or exchange without an issue with the product, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
